Relocating from California we'd encountered many obstacles but our call to Susan was the best thing that could have happened to us! She new the pressure I was under with my new job and did everything possible to make this happen for my family. She is warm, honest and sincere. We had no concerns in how or what she was doing for us at anytime. I had complete peace of mind and trusted her every step of the way. A strong professional that knows how to get things done, without the pressure I'd expected from a realtor. Firm and confident but kind and comforting. Susan, "you took the wheel" for me when I was an absolute mess and we can't thank you enough! We are so happy and extremely greatful to you for giving us what we needed, a HOME! Worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. I've bought and sold 4 houses in my lifetime. I felt she wasn't representing me in my best interest. I meet her once and talked to here on the phone for 15 minutes. She was telling me to sell my house lower than what I wanted and telling me just take a loss and chalk your loss up to experience. I was really offended and decided I didn't want her to represent me anymore. I told her to release my contact,. She refused and told me that I signed a six month contract with her, so basically I'm stuck with her whether I like or not. I offered to pay her for her for time with me, but she refused. I talked to other real estate agents in the area. Finally I found an agent from another real estate company to convince her to release me from my contract. She agreed only if I pay her a referral fee. The kicker was that she didn't spend a dime. She hadn't listed my house yet and only spent maybe an hour working with me, including our phone conversations. I felt she was being spiteful, because I didn't want to do business with her. Because of her unprofessional behavior, I will never do business with Keller Williams, especially The Buchman Group! I would give her and Keller Williams zero stars if I could, but this web page only allows at least one star rating.
